Hello! My name is Jessie and I’m the proud dog mom of Haiku the Husky. I visited the AMAZING Lands in Love resort and Animal Love Rescue Center in Costa Rica.

This place started with 16 friends from Israel who wanted to help animals. They moved to Costa Rica in 2005 with a dream to help animals in need and better themselves. They founded this non-profit, no-kill charitable foundation called Animal Love.

This resort today is still run by 15 of those unbelievable people and countless volunteers. They have over 1600 animals. They have dogs, cats, horses, goats, sheep, ducks, chickens, bunnies and even turkeys! They have over 900 dogs and cats alone.

Their mission has many daily challenges and their monthly expenses are over $150,000. I’m reaching out to you all who truly understand the meaning of helping out.

I’ve created this fundraiser in the hopes that it brings those beautiful animals better and brighter days. Your donation goes directly to them. Your contribution will provide food, vaccinations, veterinary care, sterilization and much more. No donation is too small.
